** Christmas Shipping Cut Off Dates 

Lodgement in metro locations are recommended by the following dates for delivery by Christmas*: 

Parcel Post: Monday 22 December for same state deliveries and Friday 19 December for interstate deliveries
Express Post: Tuesday 23 December

*Excludes items sent to and from Perth, Darwin and Hobart. To be delivered by Christmas, items sent to or from these locations with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 12 December and 22 December, respectively.

Order processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do ask for any photos you have of your nails, or before and after comparisons, to assist the return if you are able to provide them. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.inacril@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We accept returns due to damaged or faulty products up to 7 days after delivery, for a full refund. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
