Order processing times are separate from shipping times.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and are here for you! If you are not satisfied with your results we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. We do ask for any photos you have of your nails, or before and after comparisons, to assist the return if you are able to provide them.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.inacril@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We accept returns due to damaged or faulty products up to 7 days after delivery, for a full refund. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
