Eligibility
•          Entry into the competition opens at 12:00:00 pm (AEST), November 16th, 2024, and closes at 7:00:00 pm (AEST), December 16th, 2024

•           Participation is free and open to individuals who:

•           Are aged 18 years or older.

•           All entries are automatically entered when a purchase of Inacril nail care serum has been made. This includes                gift packs

•           By participating, you confirm that you adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

•           Every individual purchase containing an Inacril Nail Serum product, earns you one (1) entry into the                                    competition. 

•           Orders returned for a refund will forfeit entry eligibility.

•           Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

•           We reserve the right to withhold the prize until the winner provides satisfactory proof of residency and age.

Disqualification

•           Entries may be disqualified under the following circumstances:

•           Submission of incomplete entries.

•           Any breach of these terms and conditions or engagement in unlawful conduct that may compromise the                          fairness of the competition.

•           We are not liable for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection 

•           The winner will be randomly drawn at 6:30:00pm (AEST), December 22nd, 2024, NSW 2076, using a barrel                  draw.

•           The winner will be notified via phone call immediately and email within 24 hours of the draw.

•           We reserve the right to publish the winner's details (last name, first initial and postcode) on our website and social media within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws by January 17, 2024.

•           If the prize remains unclaimed after one month from the notification date, we will conduct a redraw on the 17th January 2024 at 7:30:00pm (AEST), NSW 2076, using a barrel draw and notify the new winner in accordance with the above process.

•           Any accessories, items, or parts not explicitly listed in the prize description are not included.

 Early Cancellation of Competition

•           In the event that we are unable to proceed with the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at our discretion, subject to applicable legislation.
